These terms govern your use of the Parvaz website and checkout. By using this site, you agree to them.

Orders and access

Parvaz is sold as a one-time purchase through Paddle. After payment, we invite the GitHub username you provide to the private paddle-kit repository. Access depends on GitHub delivering the invitation and you accepting it.

Payments

Paddle acts as the merchant of record and payment processor. We do not receive or store your card details. Paddle may send payment receipts, tax documents, and payment-related notices directly to you.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit other people's information through the checkout form without their consent.

Intellectual property

The Parvaz name, branding, and the content of this site are ours. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

This site, the checkout flow, and order materials are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Any roadmap, pricing, or feature information may change as Parvaz evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
