Pre-launch status

Parvaz is not available for purchase yet. Joining the waitlist or indicating founder pre-order interest is an expression of interest only — it is not an order, it does not create a contract of sale, and no payment is taken now. Any pricing, features, or timelines described on this site are planned and may change before launch.

Using this site

Use the site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it abusively, or submit other people's information through the waitlist form without their consent.

Intellectual property

The Parvaz name, branding, and the content of this site are ours. Please don't reproduce or reuse them without permission.

No warranties

This site and all pre-launch information are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that Parvaz will launch, or that it will launch with any particular feature, price, or timeline.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this pre-launch site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia.
